To counter the ferocity of the creature, the king decided to offer some animal sacrifices and even some young boys, until it was up to the young princess to sacrifice to the monster. But the brave knight Saint George, strong with his sword and the divine strength that moved him, managed to chain the dragon and following the conversion of the Libyan people, he cut off the creature's head and killed it.
