At MaxxLuxury, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our return and claim policies below.


1. Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Returns must include all product documentation and accessories (if applicable).

  • You must contact us before sending any item back. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Note: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at maxxluxury@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or defective)

  2. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.


4. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

What to include in your claim:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage

  • A description of the issue

Our team will assess the situation and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us at maxxluxury@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.
