This creation represents with amazing faithfulness and detail the figure of a gladiator. Warriors who defended their lives fighting against other gladiators or against wild beasts to entertainment the public in the Roman arena. Made in black porcelain, it is decorated with copper, dark grey and black enamels with metallic effects, combined with the aged silver luster in the armor. The shield is decorated with black luster with marble effect and the helmet is also decorated with aged silver luster. The sword is porcelain. In addition, the piece comes with a removable metal mask covering the gladiator’s face which is held in place by an ingenious system of magnets.
