Bronzed Resin Statue finished by hand in each particular detail. "The Kiss" is one of the most famous artwork made in 1882 by sculptor Auguste Rodin. It represents the embrace of the couple of Paolo and Francesca, as narrated by Dante Alighieri on the 5th Canto of Inferno. The kiss is not sealed, since the couple have been killed by Francesca's husband, and for this they are condemned for life to stay in this eternal embrace without kiss.
